To better serve our clients with a true virtual I.T. department we’ve implemented the CORE Complete Care service. The systems we’ve put in place will allow us to constantly monitor and run checks on your most critical equipment as well as be alerted of any potential problems before they cause an outage. We’re even building in functionality to allow our system to self heal some of the most common problems that cause down time therefore increasing your employee/s productivity. Additionally, when you sign up for CORE Complete Care we’ll come out to your site, do a complete inventory of your systems, install security and management software on all your computers and optimize network performance. It’s more of a pro-active approach to I.T.

Security Management includes:

1. Continous monitoring of your RAM, Hard Drive space/usage, security as well as many other features providing you reports of these activities daily, weekly, or monthly, set to your preference.

2. Off Site Data Backup to protect your critical data

3. Virus protection software subscription for every device covered under CORE Complete Care

4. Virus or malware management or removal

5. Annual IT assessment & planning session to ensure a smart migration to leverage newer technology

6. Upgrades to covered computer, switch, server or software applications

7. Critical software patches & security updates

8. Firmware upgrades

9. Complete inventory of your system

10. Networking & Internet support and troubleshooting

11. Operating systems (Windows Server, Workstations, Novell, ect) troubleshooting

Other Services in our CORE Complete Care include:

1. Priority response time offered to CORE Complete Care clients

2. After-hours (after 5 pm and weekends) charged at a discounted rate

3. Any additional/project labor will be discounted 20%

4. Our services are 24 hrs. which means, we're there whenever your business calls

The CORE Complete Care utilizes a 12 month maintenance agreement to ensure great service that not only protects your systems and clients security but lowers your IT costs providing you peace of mind while saving you money. The cost of a maintenance agreement is based upon the number of computers, servers, and internet connections covered at a 20% discount to the industry standard maintenance rates. Hard to believe?
